Venkat is a senior transformation and technology leader with approximately two decades of experience across analytics, AI-enabled transformation and operating-model redesign. His background includes leadership in a Big Four analytics and AI/transformation practice, more than 20 finance operating-model redesigns, and work with private-equity-backed companies, banks and pension funds. At PulseLake, he leads company vision, product direction and the operating model for AI-native research and insights.
